Mount Zion Care Services is a 24/7 Assisted Living provider with multiple locations across the Twin Cities. We deliver high-quality care for adults 55+ and Recuperative Care services for individuals 18 and older. Our Assisted Living program accepts CADI waivers, Elderly Waivers, and private pay, while our Recuperative Care program accepts commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. All of our homes are fully wheelchair accessible and offer private, fully furnished rooms—including a bed, dresser, TV, cable, and internet—to ensure comfort and privacy.
Our Services
We provide 24/7 personalized support, including daily living assistance, medication management, therapy coordination, treatments, and transportation to doctor’s appointments.
Our Recuperative Care provides short-term support for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization. We offer a safe, structured environment with medical and social support to help clients regain stability and transition confidently back to independent living
We provide in-home assistance, transportation, community engagement support, and case management that connects clients with local health and social services. Our person-centered plans promote independence and social inclusion, helping each individual stay connected to family, friends, and community resources while receiving support tailored to their unique lifestyle and goals.

Our Ramsey home provides a peaceful residential atmosphere with comfortable private rooms, accessible living areas, and personalized, round-the-clock care. It offers a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, secure, and at home.
Our Anoka home offers a calm, welcoming environment with private furnished rooms, accessible spaces, and 24/7 compassionate support. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it provides a safe, comfortable, and home-like setting for meaningful daily living.
